A modern brand for modern living.
All Saints Developments
Sometimes, when a product is so good, the best thing to do is get out of the way and let people see it. And when All Saints approached us to brand their new development, Bowsfield in Great Ellingham, we saw pretty much immediately that that was going to be the case.
Designed to appeal to commuters in the Norwich – Cambridge Tech Corridor (a burgeoning community of tech, sustainability and life science businesses), Bowsfield offers buyers the chance of matching green space and rural life with high-spec, high-tech, Scandinavian inspired modern architecture. The houses are super efficient, can built with EV charging points, and are built around light-filled communal living spaces. They look beautiful, in a way that betrays their accessible price point.
Our job was to find a visual identity for the development that matched the ambition of the architecture – something that reflected the location, but leant heavily on the modern, the minimal, and the precise.
A simple mark was drawn from the pattern of a local church spire, the palette was designed to provide a calming, restorative feel to identity, and we used a stripped back, tech-inspired typeface. From then on it was about celebrating the architecture, placing top-end CGIs at the heart of the experience, and making the most of an extraordinary product.
